Business Improvement Package - $ 499.00

  1.  Identify New Sources of Revenue - Advise on how to obtain new contracts and generate new sources of income. Identify what contracts are available in your state or county and how to meet requirements and apply. Includes Workers Compensation transportation contracts. Assist in setting rates for private pay trips. 

  2. Find Best Rates for NEMT Vehicle Insurance. Assist in obtaining or review current NEMT Insurance policy and work on obtaining best rate. Advise on what determines your insurance premium and put in place programs that could reduce or improve rates.  

  3. Improve Scheduling and Dispatch Operations. Review and/or assist in the development of operations, scheduling, and dispatch procedures. Recommendations for dispatch and scheduling software. 

  4. Review Driver Screenings and Requirements. Review your driver requirements, hiring and training practices, and drug and alcohol testing programs. Provide industry standard policies and procedures and recommend industry standards. Includes Substance Abuse and Alcohol Misuse training course and employee handout ($149 value)

  5. Set Up Vehicle Safety and Maintenance ProgramsReview and advise on vehicle requirements, maintaining vehicle records, and periodic inspection and maintenance plans. Includes the Pre and Post Trip Inspection training course ($149 value)  

Private Pay Marketing Package – Starts at $550 (depends on size of marketing geographic area) 

  • Create mailing lists of Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Adult Day Care, Dialysis, and Personal Injury Attorneys in your service area.

  • Design marketing postcard (5x7), draft facility introduction letter, billing, and authorization forms. (postcard printing cost is not included)

  • Mail marketing postcards (postage cost is not included)

  • Create client loyalty and discount programs to increase customer base

Ongoing Marketing Services – $450.00 per month (Answer up to 75 callers – Billed $3.75 per additional call)

  • Respond to questions from interested facilities and private pay clients

  • Explain how to use the service and schedule a trip

  • Review COVID-19 precautions and have facility sign acknowledgement of procedures form

  • Promote customer loyalty program 

  • Set up facilities with billing authorization form and trip request form

  • Refer clients to Company’s number to schedule trips
